Building & Construction Advisors was Owner’s Representatives for The Trump Organization with the construction of 16 high-end Luxury residential townhouses.

The development also included the construction of the main 25,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse & Pool, and infrastructure to support the entire site. As an integral part of the development team, Building & Construction Advisors successfully introduced a custom-build program which ultimately helped each townhouse sell for above asking price. Townhomes ranged in size from 5,500-6,100 sq. ft. and included custom high-end finishes that fit each buyers specific taste.
