Building & Construction Advisors was Owner’s Representatives for 401 North Wabash Venture, LLC with the construction of Trump Tower Chicago, a 98-story skyscraper mixed use condo-hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The building, a structure with a height of 1,389 feet and over 2.6 million square feet, was the tallest all concrete structure in the northern hemisphere built at the time.

The design of the building included a retail space, a parking garage, a hotel and condominiums. In all there were 825 condominiums including a 339-room hotel which opened for business in April 2008. The building topped out in late 2008 and construction was completed in 2009.
